How to place a booking?

  • Choose the pickup and return location (which are the same) of your booking.
  • Enter the pickup and return dates and the accompanying times.
  • Click “Submit”.
  • Now a list appears with all available cars. Choose the car you want to rent in the submitted period and click “Book Now”.
  • Now a list appears with all available extras with your car. Check all the extras you want to add to your booking and click “Proceed to checkout”.
  • You are now on the checkout page. Under “Location / Time”, “Vehicle” and “Estimated Charge” you can find your earlier made choices. Check them carefully to make sure they are right.
  • You can now enter “Your Personal Information”. If you have any additional questions or remarks, you can submit those in the “Comments/Questions” section.
  • If you agree with the Terms and Conditions, check the box.
  • You are now ready for the last step, and you can press “Checkout”.
  • You have now arrived at the payment system. We work together with Mollie for our payments to insure a safe connection while paying. You can choose to pay with iDeal or by bank transfer. For more information go to www.mollie.nl
  • Choose your method of payment:
    • With iDeal: choose your bank and pay with the internet banking system of your own bank.
    • With payment by bank transfer: transfer the amount using the credentials as seen on the Mollie server. Everything is going through this secure server of Mollie.

As soon as your payment has been received by the Mollie payment system, you receive your official booking agreement with a complete overview of your booking details, payments and possible payments due by e-mail.

Payment

During the booking process you pay the full booking fee upfront. Possible charges connected to damages, fines or other affairs will be charged to you and you will be notified about those charges by e-mail. The total maximum amount of deductibles is €750.

What is iDEAL?

  • iDEAL is a safe method of payment that uses the internet banking system of your own bank.
  • Paying with iDEAL is possible at the moment of booking your car.
  • iDEAL can be used when you use internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING Bank, Knab, Rabobank, Regiobank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers.
  • You keep continuous control and overview of your payment; the iDEAL payment is instantly processed and visible in your account overview.
  • Your name and account number will only be visible to us when you have accepted the payment.

To ensure your personal information and booking details to arrive safely, StudentLease uses SSL-security. With this method of security you are ensured that only we can see your information. Next to that we use the payment system of Mollie and iDEAL to ensure safe payment with every method.
